Yoga for Stress Release

When you feel stressed or anxious, it shows up in your body. You might start to feel your shoulders getting tight, your forehead furrows, and maybe your jaw begins to clench. It's helpful to have ways to help move stress out of you body and this lovely 20 minute class is specifically designed to do just that.
