Curious About Our Yoga Teacher Training? Let's Chat!

Join us for a FREE Live Open House!

Thinking about joining the Heart and Bones Yoga Teacher Training but still have a few questions? Or maybe you're curious whether our approach to teaching yoga is the right fit for you?

Come hang out with Brea for a relaxed, informal open house where we'll chat about the training, our approach to yoga, and what makes Heart + Bones a little different.

We'll cover:

  • What to expect from our 200/300-hour online training
  • How we approach anatomy, movement, and teaching real people (not perfect poses!)
  • How the training works, including time commitments, scholarships, and more
  • Your questions! Nothing is off-limits.

A Little Heart + Bones By the Numbers

2018 — Before Online Yoga Teacher Training Was Cool.
We've been doing this since 2018, long before online yoga education became the norm. You could say we were a little ahead of the curve.

40+ Countries. One Big Ripple Effect.
From Argentina to South Africa, Iran to Australia, Saudi Arabia to Canada, the UK, USA, and just about everywhere in Europe. Our grads are changing how yoga is taught, one thoughtful, inclusive, people-before-poses class at a time

500+ Yoga Teachers (and Counting!)
That's over 500 teachers bringing a more inclusive, anatomy-informed approach to their own communities. And all the students they've reached? That's the kind of ripple effect we love.

Anatomy With a Purpose.
We don't teach anatomy just so you can memorize muscle names. We teach it so you can understand how bodies move, make informed choices, and create yoga classes that work for real people.

Not Your Average Yoga Teacher Training.
We're proud to be doing things a little differently. Less memorizing poses and chasing perfect alignment. More curiosity, critical thinking, and learning to teach the person in front of you.

Thank you so much for being here and I look forward to meeting you in the open house call!

With gratitude,

Brea Johnson
