  • You want a functional and sustainable way of planning sequences

  • You want to be sure if your sequences are actually really helping your students progress
  • You worry about forgetting the sequences you already have planned out

How it Works:

This 5-day challenge is designed to easily fit into your life while giving you a ton of inspiration and new ideas for your teaching.

  • Access to three 15-minute classes that are focused on a specific body part.
  • 30-minute workshop where we break down the why and the how of the sequence of the 15-minute class.
  • 1-hour workshop where we bring it all together and explore functional sequencing more in-depth. You'll get tools and insights that you'll be able to immediately apply to your teaching.

About Brea

Brea Johnson

I've been teaching yoga and teacher trainings since 2003.

That is a LOT of sequences that I've taught over the years! Some have been better than others but now sequencing has become second nature to me.

To feel confident in my sequencing, it took years of teaching different styles of yoga, teaching a variety of people, and teaching in different situations. Most importantly, it took anatomy and biomechanics education to help me better understand the fundamentals of human movement. It took a lot of experimentation, making mistakes and developing a sense of trust in myself as a teacher.

I'm looking forward to sharing what I've learned over the years, and my favourite ways to simplify and not over-think sequencing as a teacher!

Thank you for joining me.
