Feb 15: Yoga with bells, weights (no whistles)

Using kettlebells, yoga blocks and belts for a fun focus on delicious movement and release around the thoracic spine.

This will be an adaptive, invitational and joyful class, exploring how we can add some load to our yoga practise for the triad of goodness: stability, strength and mobility.

Thursday, Feb 15th

9:00 - 10:00am PST (Vancouver)

12:00 - 1:00pm EST (New York)

5:00 - 6:00pm GMT (London)

This class is accessible and adaptable, all bodies welcome.

Please bring:

  • Kettlebell or small weight
  • Yoga belt or scarf
  • Yoga block
  • (You can sub out anything you don’t have with whatever you have to hand - yoga blocks, water bottles, a scarf etc)
