Do you grind your teeth? Grit your jaw? Even hold in what you really want to express?
In this jaw-dropping class (literally!) we will explore self massage, movement, breath and sound to soften this hard-working and often super-tight part of our bodies. Tension in the jaw can lead to stress headaches, neck pain and is related to holding in the pelvis, so softening here can have far-reaching positive effects. Keep your camera on for the opportunity to share some light-hearted community jaw-moving comedy as this is fun and releasing!
