May 18: Trust

Join Ati as she guides you through this live session on Trust.
During this session:
We will pay attention to how our mindbody may react to certain things. We will do this through the practice of mindfulness. Stripping it right back by using a body scan & guided visualisation to help us recognise how we respond to certain triggers and how to soften this response.
Be guided through a tapping* sequence that supports the nervous system.
Work on the area around the forehead, scalp eyes and neck known to be trigger points and where we may hold a lot of tension. We will massage these areas to promote relaxation and softening. When we are relaxed we have more clarity and space which cultivates intuition and trust.
