Supple Spine Workshop Replay

Thank you so much for joining me and for Mind Body Connect for hosting the workshop!

You'll find the replay along with some other resources to support your explorations and learning in the workshop. Please do not share the workshop replay link but feel free to share the other videos.

As I mentioned in the workshop, if you're not already a Heart + Bones online studio member and want to see how I bring the concepts from the workshop to life in a yoga class, feel free to try it out for $1 for 1 month.

The system will renew the next month for $22 CAD if you want to continue with the classes. If not, simply cancel before the end of the month.

*Registration now open for the Modern Yoga Teacher Training Course

If you loved the workshop and this approach to yoga and want to learn more with me, our international Modern Yoga teacher training course is 100% online this year. What and how we explored applied anatomy in the workshop will give you an idea of what the teacher training will be like.

It's a combo of online coursework, monthly live calls, mentorship and community engagement. It's the next best thing to being together in person and no matter where you are in the world, you can join the training which makes it really accessible.

Registration closes October 1.

Click here to read about the training and feel free to email me at [email protected] if you have any questions about it!

Workshop Replay

Thoracic spine mobility. This was the lesson I was referring to in the workshop about standing against a wall and using a ball to help refine your rotation and mobility in the thoracic spine.

Another version of the twist for the thoracic spine, but adding in the reach/stretch with the scapula and arms.

Here's my favourite 15-minute class to help tension in the neck, shoulders and spine. This class is also in the online yoga studio to give you an example of what the classes are like.

Thank you again for joining me and I look forward to connecting with you in some way in the future!

With love,

Brea Johnson
