Fascia is the web-like network of connective tissue that supports and surrounds your muscles, bones, and organs. When it becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to stiffness, pain, and limited mobility.
In this class, we’ll use slow, mindful movements, gentle stretches, and targeted poses to release tension and improve hydration in the fascia. We’ll also incorporate self-massage techniques and somatic awareness to help you connect with yourself and your soft tissues.
This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for you if you’re looking to improve your mobility, reduce tension, or simply feel more at ease in your body. Come ready to explore & unwind.
