You know how it feels to wake up from a good night’s sleep, right? In this class, we’ll focus on helping you feel relaxed while you move your body in gentle and intentional ways. As well as some self-massage to help you relieve tension in your head, neck, and upper back. Be prepared to relax and unwind. You’ll need 2 blocks and a blanket for this class.When
