Your New Favourite Shoulder Stretch
How can one simple stretch get into so many tight spots?
I'm not sure if I've ever come across another stretch that gets into my neck, shoulders, forearms, wrists and hands quite like this one. What I love the most about this super simple stretch is that you can do it at a wall, a table and the floor. This makes it accessible for those who can't easily get down onto the floor.
This is such a great stretch because for so many of us, we spend so much time on the computer, with our wrists in flexion. And most of the work in the stretch is all in your wrists and hands, and yet you can feel the work moving all the way up to your shoulders and neck.
