What is the motivation track?
One of the most common struggles we hear from our community is consistency. You know how much better you feel when you do classes more often. You know that even short and sweet classes can make a difference. But actually making the time can be the biggest challenge.
This year, you can be supported.
We'll be your enthusiastic cheerleaders, your habit-building high fivers, your ongoing support team, your restie besties, your movement motivators, your accountability actualizers, your... ok you get it.
But how cool will it be to have a team of enthusiastic encouragers rooting for you all year long!
This is the year of habit-building.

Small Steps, Little Acts of Love
Small steps and sustainable changes are what create habits. It's what we like to call, "little acts of love." Nothing drastic. No wild changes or huge makeovers. Simple steps with a whole lot of love and support behind you.

The Motivation Track is purely optional and a bonus gift of support to YOU, our amazing global community of Heart + Bones online studio members. All membership levels can opt-in and get:
- Once a week email with habit-building tips, suggested classes and more.
- Monthly goals and challenges.
- Research-backed insight about building sustainable habits.
- Six new "heart" and "bones" themes throughout the year (see image below) and guidance for each theme.

How to join the Motivation Track:
Easy! Registration is required to get onto the Motivation Track. Register through the form below. You'll get our Monday Motivation emails as of January 1st. Access to the Motivation Track is available for as long as you have an active membership. You can opt out of the Motivation Track at any time and still continue with your Heart +Bones membership.
