The movements that you do every day (like picking up a laundry basket!) can contribute to your lower back pain. Learn how to move more effectively in daily life. 

One Simple Movement

This one simple movement will increase the mobility throughout your entire spine for increased spinal and low-back health.


Homework:

After watching the video, take a day to explore this in your body at home. When you pick things up off the floor or bend down, notice how you do it. We'll send you the next video (get ready to move and stretch!) tomorrow so that you have time to experiment and incorporate these new tips into your everyday movements.
