What kind of yoga do you teach?

We teach yoga. While there are a lot of different styles of yoga out there, we don't follow a particular style. By not teaching a specific style or a bunch of different styles we are able to focus on an approach to yoga that's accessible to more people while honouring the tradition of yoga. 

Our approach focuses on mobility over flexibility, playful and loving instruction, encouraging you to move as you are, simple anatomical education for better movement, and ways to move that get into all the places in your body that you didn't even know you needed to move! 


What if I want to cancel or pause my membership?

If life gets too full (don't forget we have ways to help fit yoga into your busy life!) or the online classes aren't a fit for you, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel your membership, you'll still have access to all of the classes until the end of your payment period.
