We've found the best results when starting the program on a Monday. It's all about making this a natural part of your daily life. You don't need to clear your schedule or make a big time commitment, just 15 minutes during your day for 15 days. 

This isn't like other yoga programs you've tried. Most people think that you need to do an hour yoga class in order to make a difference. But it can be hard to find time during the midst of a busy life to fit that hour in. 

The good news is that research has shown that doing little bits of movement more often can be more beneficial than that one hour because it helps to create new habits and build sustainable results. The long-term benefits of these yoga breaks have a lasting impact on physical and mental health.

What you'll get once you sign up

Shoulders, Hips, Spine and Feet

A class a day for 15 days. Each 15 minute class will focus on a different body part. You'll learn specific ways to move your body that directly target those areas you hold tension and stress.

Guided Schedule

The hardest part is knowing where to start. You'll get daily email reminders with your lesson plan to keep you on track and inspired. 

Mindful Breaks

Feeling good isn't just a physical experience. Mental health is just as important and you'll enjoy mindfulness practices that relieve stress and increase inner resiliance and strength.
