Move:
The first 45 minutes will be a full-body movement practice designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself. You'll get a sense of what it feels like to be calm and expansive in your body.
The second half of our time together will be a little different...
Reflect:
We'll explore the themes and archetypes of Jupiter, the planet associated with growth, possibility, and expansion in astrology.
Whether astrology is something you follow closely, are curious about, or simply enjoy as a tool for reflection, you are welcome.
Jupiter is moving into Leo, beginning a new year-long cycle. Leo invites us to be seen, to create, to take up space, and to express ourselves more fully.
Combined with Jupiter's expansive energy, it's a beautiful opportunity to reflect on where life may be asking us to grow, trust ourselves more deeply, and step into the next version of who we're becoming.
You don't need to know anything about astrology to join. Think of it as another lens for exploring the questions that matter:
