What kind of yoga do you teach?

We teach yoga. While there are a lot of different styles of yoga out there, we don't follow a particular style. By not teaching a specific style or a bunch of different styles we are able to focus on an approach to yoga that's accessible to more people while honouring the tradition of yoga. 

Our approach focuses on mobility over flexibility, playful and loving instruction, encouraging you to move as you are, simple anatomical education for better movement, and ways to move that get into all the places in your body that you didn't even know you needed to move! 


I'm a yoga teacher looking for education and yoga classes. Is this what you offer?

Yes! The online yoga studio offers something for everyone, for yoga teachers and for everyday people. As a yoga teacher, you'll find the yoga classes to be the perfect place where you can deepen your personal practice. You can also use the yoga classes as inspiration for your own teaching by practicing along with us and getting ideas for your sequences, warm-ups, mindfulness, and updated anatomy cues for different poses.

You'll also enjoy the applied anatomy lessons that focus on different body parts and how we can move them in simple and functional ways. These applied anatomy lessons offer teachers helpful ways to teach diverse and creative classes that are accessible for more people. No matter what style of yoga you teach.

New content and education are added to the membership consistently throughout the year so there are always new topics to learn and explore!


What if I want to cancel or pause my membership?

If life gets too full (don't forget we have ways to help fit yoga into your busy life!) or the online classes aren't a fit for you, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel your membership, you'll still have access to all of the classes until the end of your payment period.
