Reconnect to yourself in this grounding yoga class designed to ease your anxiety and support nervous system regulation.
Through gentle, mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding poses, this class will help regulate your body’s stress response, bringing you from a state of overwhelm to one of ease and clarity.
We’ll explore techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s “rest and digest” mode), including deep belly breathing, restorative postures, and slow, flowing sequences. These practices are designed to calm the mind, reduce tension, and cultivate a sense of safety in your body. Perfect for all levels!
