The Better Sleep program helps you to create new sleep habits, feel more rested and have more energy during your day. 

  • 21 day guided program to teach you about better sleep that incorporates daily movement and mindfulness classes that average about 20 minutes that you can easily fit into a busy schedule. 
  • All classes are accessible to all bodies with options for standing, sitting and lying down. You can choose from relaxing, restorative classes to more energizing ones to ensure a well-rounded sleep experience.
  • Enjoy guided relaxations for deep rest and to support your nervous system and cortisol levels. 
  • Classes and relaxations that you can do before bed and if you wake up in the middle of the night.
  • Build new and sustainable habits for sleep hygiene, daily activities and healthy choices.
