Who is it for? 

The Psoas Series is perfect for office workers, people with low back aches, or really, anyone with hips!

Prerequisites: Relatively comfortable getting up and down off the floor. Even if getting yourself up and down off the floor doesn't feel smooth or takes some time for you, you'll still be ok for the program.

The Psoas Series builds your capacity, knowledge and confidence in how you move and support your hips.

  • 4 week program to build a new habit of hip mobility and strength to improve the quality of your life and daily activities. 
  • Diverse classes that range from relaxing to easygoing to make it easy to fit into a busy schedule.
  • 4 classes per week for 4 weeks. You also have the option to repeat the classes during the week if you have more time and it feels supportive for you, or choose to do three class per week. 
  • Each class focuses on your hips and psoas muscles lwhile also incorporating whole-body movements.
  • Repeat the program as many times as you like for continued benefits.
