Settle into a practice for some deep breaths, and restful release.

Join Lou to prepare yourself for better sleep. This practice will include somatic movement, self-massage and restorative postures to settle you in for a good night's sleep, and help you develop your bedtime routine toolkit.

Lou will guide you through some gentle and loving movements to find space and ease around the lower back, pelvis and hips, followed by some supportive restorative postures to rest and integrate some of that space into the body.

Bring along: a couple of blankets and cushions or bolsters with you.
