1. What do I get with the membership?

When you join, you get access to our on-demand class library of 400+ classes and programs. You also will enjoy monthly live classes with our global community and new classes added each week.

2. What kind of yoga do you teach?

Simply put, we teach yoga. But what does that mean for you? While there are a lot of different styles of yoga out there, we don't teach a specific style. This means we are able to focus on an approach to yoga that is accessible to more people while also honouring the tradition of yoga.

Our approach focuses on mobility over flexibility, playful and loving instruction, encouraging you to move as you with simple, anatomical education and ways to move that get right into the places your joints and muscles have been asking for.

3. What other features can I find in the membership?

So many! Creating unique and supportive experiences is our love language. We don't teach a mainstream approach to yoga and the online studio membership is no different. Here's a brief outline of our favourite features for you:

- Personalized Playlists. You can create an unlimited amount of playlists of all the classes you love. Create your own playlists for tight shoulders, or your favourite collection of morning mobility classes to wake up to.

- Curated Playlists. When you can't decide which class to do, the curated classes will be your inspiration. You'll find playlists such as, A Week to Better Sleep, Happy Knees, Supple Shoulders and much more.

- My Favourites. You can easily keep track of all your favourite classes all in one place so that you can return to them again and again.

- Community Live Classes. You can join our global community in our live classes all from the comfort of your home. With monthly live classes over Zoom, you'll get a chance to move in real time and have fun with these interactive classes.

- Learn. Curious about your body? Want to learn how to move and take care of it so you can feel good for years to come? We have an entire section called Learn that features yoga pose basics, anatomy workshops and our popular "Move + Learn" style classes where you get to learn all about your amazing body while moving it!

- Restore. Ready to relax? Our dedicated Restore section features classes that support your nervous system. You'll enjoy guided relaxations that feel like the best kind of nap. Mindfulness talks and practices that help you look more curiously and with compassion into your heart and mind. And best of all, support for your stress levels with experienced therapists that will give you tools to help find more ease and calm throughout your day.

4. Can I access the classes from my phone?

You sure can! The convenience of our online classes means that you can enjoy the classes from the comfort of your living room, in bed, a hotel room or anywhere else you'd like to move.

5. What if I want to cancel or pause my membership?

If life gets too full (don't forget we have ways to help fit yoga into your busy life!) or the online classes aren't a fit for you, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel your membership, you'll still have access to all of the classes until the end of your payment period.
