Week 1: Start Where You Are

Introduction to the nervous system and the vagus nerve.

- Start where you are: reflections and intentions. A downloadable PDF planner, to set you up for success and ease throughout the month.

- 5 yoga classes for your whole body, with a special focus on neck + jaw tension release.

Week 2: Breath + Shoulder Reset

Breathing tips and education for the nervous system

- 5 yoga classes ranging from gentle mobility work to restorative, all designed to improve tight shoulders, thoracic spine and ribcage mobility. 

- Little acts of love that you can implement into your daily life for your breath and shoulders. 

Week 3: The Psoas Reset

Psoas, diaphragm and the nervous system: Education + Practices

- 5 yoga classes focused on the psoas muscles and hip flexors. A range of classes from gentle mobility work to restorative. 

- Little acts of love that you can implement into your daily life for your psoas.

Week 4: Integration + Balance Reset

Talks and practices on balance for the body, mind and lifestyle. 

- Learn how to nagivate uncertainty and discomort in life for more resilience and sustainable mental and physical health. 

- 5 yoga classes focused on moving the whole body, along with balance practices to integrate the previous weeks.

About Brea Johnson

Our body is smart. It adapts to what we do the most often and if we've been living in a low level of stress, it becomes our new normal and we may not realize just how stressed we really are.

This program is a "little act of love" from me to you. I created this program to support you in your mind, body and heart. 

Life is full, it ebbs and flows with all kinds of beauty, joy, heartache and stress. That very smart body (mind!) of ours is equipped to handle it all, but sometimes we forget how to do it (or need some loving support and guidance). 

These are my favourite practices for nervous system support - from my almost 20 years of teaching yoga and my own personal experience.
