Let's explore how we can find fluidity, stability and greater ease through the shoulders, upper chest, ribs and lungs to unwind tension built up from sedentary habits, tech and stress to unravel the breath. Perfect for this time of year to boost respiratory ease and immunity. Leo always teaches in a way that is accessible and adaptive, offering plenty of options to allow you to meet yourself compassionately where you are. The class will include pranayama and deep relaxation.
