Nov 26: Gentle Hips + Soothed Nervous System
Our hips can hold a lot of stories and excessive tension.
This practice is to caringly tend to our nervous system through gentle and restorative yoga focusing on our hips.
We'll move in a variety of ways to bring awareness and release, before building some rest nests for us to settle into and let go.

Bring
along: a yoga block and bolster if you have them (or extra cushions and blankets). Cosy items like blankets, pillows, and eye masks.
