Mar 19: Befriending the anxious mind

Join Kat for a restorative and meditative practice to cool anxiety.
We will rest and repair the nervous system through gentle yoga, creating a fertile ground for the body and mind to open to the uncomfortable state of anxiety. We will have a short discussion and reflection period on ways to navigate this mind state, seeing it from a different perspective.
