Jul 11: Strong Backside, Loads of Side Bends, Soft Psoas

If our posterior chain is not activating well, the psoas tends to compensate and overwork.
In this slow flow we will activate our posterior chain, mostly the glutes and hamstrings, to give our psoas a break! Once we feel sturdy in our backside, we'll add in a variety of delicious side bends for psoas and low back freedom. Throughout the practice, we'll use a calming breath that can get our intrinsic core more "online". This can support the psoas to soften and feel supported. We'll close with a dreamy hip stretch series. Your low back and hip flexors will love you.
Expect tabletop bum and hamstring work, some slow flow standing forms, and a relaxing hip stretch series.
